Here is the award winning film of Bil Baird's tuneful Davy Jones' Locker (VHS, Color, 52 minutes, 1995, NTSC), as re-written by Peter Baird and Joseph Jacoby.

The Bil Baird Marionettes, perhaps most remembered for The Little Goatherd Song in the film of The Sound of Music, played Broadway with their production of Davy Jones' Locker, and also toured it to India and Russia for The US State Department.

This is a great musical adventure for kids, with pirates, stolen treasure, a mermaid, lots of sea creatures, and a nice lesson about the value of reading.
