We process our orders through PayPal. Paypal is a well established secure payment service owned by EBAY. You do not have to join PayPal in order to use, and there is no charge to you for using it. You can simply select the options to pay with your credit card, or you can open a PayPal account at no cost. Your sensitive credit card information is secure and is not transmitted outside of PayPal.

We do offer combined shipping and will ship internationally. Simply make your purchases and request a revised invoice that will show your combined shipping charges and/or accurate international rate. We can fit up to 4 DVDs into a flat rate domestic or international mailer.

PAYMENT METHODS

• Credit Cards:
  We accept VISA, AMEX and MasterCard through PayPal. We do not take your credit card number directly.
  
• Checks:
  Checks should be made payable to Larry Engler
  Orders paid by check require 7-10 days for checks to clear.
• Money Orders:
  Money Orders should be made payable to Larry Engler
  Money Order payments are shipped immediately.
  International orders must be paid through PayPal only, please. We cannot accept international checks or money orders.

Unless otherwise noted, items can be returned for refund, minus postage, within 10 days of receipt provided they are returned in the same condition and packaging they were shipped in. In the case of damaged or misrepresented items, your postage will be refunded.

INSURANCE RATES
*Insurance is optional and recommended for all items. We are not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit that has not been insured.

Domestic Insurance rates are as follows:
Up to $50.00: $1.80
$ 50.01 to $100.00: $2.30
$100.01 to $200.00: $2.85
$200.01 to $300.00: $4.75

FOREIGN ORDERS
We will ship anywhere outside the US: Foreign orders must be credit card sales through PayPal so that the currency conversion is handled automatically. We cannot accept international checks or money orders.
We ship internationally through the US Postal system.
Please e-mail us with you order and we will send you an accurate shipping invoice for the items you want.

You, the customer, are responsible for any local taxes, tariffs, or other import costs.
